NB. This project is pretty much dead due to an overwhelming lack of interest and technical issues. Unless this message provokes a load of you to suddenly submit loops, I'll be deleting this page very soon. Thanks and apologies to the three of you who did submit loops.

This project aims to bring together a number of musicians to create a collection of loops that can be rearranged and shuffled in any way to form a single cohesive piece when played consecutively.
To get involved
Create a musical loop, or "phrase" if you'd prefer, lasting 15 seconds precisely. There should be no gaps at the start or finish of the track. Keep in mind that the track should be able to link seamlessly from and into other tracks. Other than this there are no musical limitations. When you've created your piece, email it as a WAV to ku.oc.liamtoh|tforchsa.eel#ku.oc.liamtoh|tforchsa.eel. If it works, it will be added to the pile. If it doesn't, efforts will be made to alter it so it fits with the other tracks. If it can't be fixed, I'll be in touch. There is currently no deadline. Only one track per alias please. - Try playing your own piece on loop - if it doesn't jar or pause at the start/end of each loop, it's probably fine.
- If you want to use a tempo, the following BPMs will fit perfectly into 15 seconds: 8, 16, 32, 64, 128, 256, 512, etc.
- You could also create a drone or noise, if you don't want to make something with a beat. As long as it fills 15 seconds, there should be no problem.
