Digital Vomit Records

So, first of all, thanks to hardoff for hosting this!

all the while digital vomit is buzzing, with a great new release every couple of days as it seems, special instigator Nemo von Nirgends goes Bansky and sneaks in one of his own creation…. in other words: seven tracks culled from various live improvisations, edited and remastered for what it's worth….
not sure how to describe the music… definitely no fast break(corish) stuff… well, just have a listen..!

Really enjoying this, got a real Autechre/Murcof feel to it in places. If I were a cruel man I'd say it sounds a bit like Radiohead, but I'm not…

i listened to two awesome works today. this one, and the red box recorder on the arcoplane weblabel.

these days only the standout stuff gets my attention away from my boxes of 1991 rave hits. and both of those albums really stand out.

To save myself the hassle of posting on every single thread, I'd just like to say that this recent run of releases is absolutely top-notch…

I've been updating the Digital Vomit blog as well, as all this stuff has come out, so there may be the chance that somebody is checking in there now and again.

Of all the new stuff so far (although I haven't listened to Aaaaargh! yet), this is the most up-my-alley. Swank, man, swank.

i haven't yet gotten round to listen to all the new releases, but so far i have to say, the subsonika album is great, aaargh is a real tour de force, even though at times a bit too gabbaesque for my usual taste. but was a fun listen. i didn't yet get round to listen to most of the rest yet, (at least properly), as i'm not at home that much (and am not a pod/walkman/plugs in my ears-disciple anymore) and when at home i'm mostly doing music. but will post my comments once i've had a chance to listen.
