Is this a ridiculous idea? Does it enforce or betray the concept of Digital Vomit/CBML? Is it viable? Should it have a new name? Does any of this matter?

if so a strange option as think it'll he harder to fill than having some 'already dv'ers' on.

I'm up for a challenge. I've got newbies on board in the past… Goodiepal, The ABs, Chau Project, Scorpio Scorpio, Stuntcock, Patrick May and Mr Cunt, Boki, Pistol Disco………. I'll just need to do that again. Fifteen to twenty times.

i think its a good idea, but i dont think it should be called "can buy me love 5"……maybe something like "can buy me love:The next Generation" or "can buy me love:The new Batch"….which would make it more of a follow on or sequel to the series.

Great idea. I think the whole concept of DigiVom shouldn't be about having some kind of clique (like what we have now, much as I love all you guys), but about making a space for all the people who don't usually have a voice. Personally I think you're probably certifiable to try and attempt to do this using all new blood, but if you think you do it, then go for it. I wish I could say I knew anyone who'd be up for it, but it's hard enough to get any of my friends to give a damn about the stuff we've already done, let alone getting any of them involved.

Also, I think it would be a shame not to keep the Can Buy Me Love brand running, so I'd vote for either Can Buy Me Love 5, or something like the above, CBML:TNG or something.

I've just found a great deal on colour-printed CDs with digipaks that would allow me to offer 20 participants 3:54 and 50 copies of a 1000-edition and P+P for about £45. I'm highly tempted to go for this.

Oh that's fucking typical - I've just had an email back from them saying that deal finishes today. Bugger.

I'm currently bartering with a CD duplication plant over here who can offer distribution to various addresses around the world, saving me the hassle of trundling down to the post office with armfuls of discs, envelopes and customs forms every time I've got enough cash together, as well as Plover-beating prices on runs of 500 discs. This might just happen yet………………
